Unsolicited call

I have received numerous calls from this company  360-474-3909 stating nothing is wrong with my credit card and stating they can lower my interest rate.  Never is it mentioned what type of card or anything...I selected the option to speak to customer service.  When a customer service rep came on the line, I was asked if I owed more than 3,000 in credit card debt.  When I mentioned I have been getting the calls she hung up.  When I tried to call back, I recieved a message stating the number was temporarily unavailable.  I believe this is a scam...I receive a call approx once per week.
