DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.  There are many complaints everywhere you look about this company.  I personally am almost to my 5th month of waiting for a product, the Zojirushi Electric Skillet.  I just today cancelled the order so I am not sure how they will be about refunding our money.  I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering.  Hopefully no one else does the same thing.  This company does not deserve to take anyone elses money.

    Absolutely do not buy from this company.  I never thought to check their ratings before I ordered a Cuisinart coffee maker from them.  I am wiser now, and will always check sources I do not know.
