Dispute all fraudulent charges with BofA IN WRITING, sent to the address for disputes on your statement.  Send your dispute certified return receipt requested, so you have proof of when BofA received it.  Immediately close your account to prevent future fraudulent charges.

FRB Reg. E requires banks to investigate disputes submitted within 60 days of the statement showing the disputed charge.  Those disputes must be submitted in writing to invoke your Reg. E rights.

I have been scammed by Google ADWORDS. I called them and they were no help. My Credit Card Company is also giving me a run around about charges fron Google ADWORDS and others that startedf after the Google charges. The amount is now $2373.00 from people I have never heard of with phone numbers on my Credit Card statment that are bogis. I call the numbers and they are not valid. A company called DIRECT MARKETING-CONTINUITY SUBSCRIPTION is involved here and has been charging my Credit Card monthly automatically. I have no ides why or how the got my Credit Card number. The only way I could stop the automatic charges was cancl my Credit Card. TRhis has been a desaster for me. I am a Senior trying to live on Social Security and we all know that is a joke from the begining with the Government showing it's usual amount of effeciency.
I am angry as you can probably tell and I am going to cntinue to fight this until i win or die. Google told me if I was unhappy with there charges to call my local police department. Like they real;ly care. Acually the town I live in doesn't even have a Police Department but why should a little detail like that prevent me from calling them.
So a couple of financial Giants i.e. Goole and Citi Bank have my money and don't vare if it's because of fraudulent reasons. After all if they have to pay me the Government will bail them out with tax payer (I am a tax payer) money. Is there a "Cautch 22" going on here or what.
To anyone reading this do yourself a favor and stay away from Google ADWORDS or anything Google and the other "frauders" listed above.

Further investigation of fraudulent charges from Google ADWORDS and others on my credit card show they started after a company with the web site www.marketinrmillionair.com charged me one dollar. I called them and they said that I was sent a letter that if I did not respond within a week I would be charged an additional $95.00 a month. For what I don't know but after that is when Google ADWORDS started charging me. Most of those charges were $47.50 a charge sometimes appearing twice daily to my credit card. That is 1/2 of $95.00. I went to marketingmillionairs web site. Go there yourselve to witness what I found  and don't sign up for anything they offer whether it is by the Internet, or on the phone, in an email or anywhere. I don't know how many vehicles they are using to push this fraud but avoid them. CitiBank and Google have done nothing to help me with the now over $2500.00 of charges I have received other than say I own the money. I have paid the bill and cancelled the card but I am still receiving charges that CitiBank says I am liable for.
Google and CitiBank are billion dollar companies that are in bed with our government so fighting them is David against Goliath. Avoid both of these companies and marketingmillionairs and save yourself from this kind of fight.
