Back in 08 I watched a commercial for Dual Action Cleanse.I was always about being healthy or trying to be.Also I listened intently and the product sounded great,so I ordered it.I only wanted to try it out for a month or two for the price of $127 .Now almost a year and a half later I found out they,ve been charging me $127 a month for that length of time .I did,nt sign up for that.Even though it,s been that long ,I have,nt used the products their still in boxes and I,m wondering if I can get any of my money back.Would appreciate any feedback.Thank you

You better first stop them from taking your money.

This is a common form of scam in the "health products" category:
    1)  Get your account number through a "free trial" offer, for "just shipping and handling".
    2)  Hide the autoshipment terms somewhere buried in legalese, on some other webpage, or in a quickly read script if you call.
    3)  Start shipping and charging you for an overpriced product before you can even try the "free trial", or attempt to cancel.
    4)  Evade cancellation by argument, transfering you around, promising to cancel but "losing" the information, not having you "in their system", etc.
    5)  Take money as long as you can until the sucker (you) figures how to block the now fraudulent charges (you either cancelled or attempted to, but they are now intentionally making unauthorized charges).

Have you "cancelled", or at least attempted to cancel, their automating shipment order?  If so, whether you could actually do so, proceed to contact your bank to notify them that the charges are fraudulent and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Follow up in writing with a dispute letter sent to the dispute address from your statement disputing the charges as unauthorized and fraudulent, and make sure your bank gets that letter within 60 days of the statement showing the disputed charges to invoke your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

Here is their BBB report, rated "A-", which is surprising.  Although they have a lot of complaints, including a pattern of complaints similar to yours, they at least appear to respond to them.

    Complaint Experience

Complainants allege receipt of unordered merchandise, and unauthorized debits or charges to accounts. Customers complain they provide the company with billing and shipping information for a one time purchase, but continue to receive additional merchandise, and account debits or credit card charges. Other customers complain the unwanted products are returned, or shipments are refused, but the company fails to issue credits or refunds as agreed. Complainants allege In some cases, refunds are denied based on the company's contention that products were not returned, when in fact products were returned as directed. The company responds to some complaints by agreeing to issue refunds, cancelling shipments, or both. In some cases, the company instructs complainants to return merchandise before a credit or refund will be issued.

$127 x 18 months is almost $2300.  In the future, stop getting your "health information" from late nite infomercials, and stop buying "crap" or stuff to make you crap.
