Delaware Asset Management calls my employer and communicated to my employer that a warrant for my arrest will be issued for not paying a debt.Keeps calling my job after my employer told them I cannot receieve personal calls. The names that call are Mr Kline 1-866-595-8876 and a Mr Mike Miller of Law enforcement 1-866-595-4804.Prohibited Harassment
they cannot harass you or abuse you....

    This is typical of fraudulent fake "debt collection" shakedown rackets.

    Any collection agency making threats of "arrest", or attempting to intimidate your through threatened contact with your employer is fraudulent.

    I received the same thing from the 866-595-4804 number. However they were threating criminal type action connecting to my social security number.

    Answered the phone at work to hear a recording asking if they had reached "my name", and if if it was me, to press 1 for information on a "pre-legal" issue.  Anyone at my place of employment could have answered the phone and heard this recording.  I get calls from these people once in a blue moon, but always at work.

    This low life collecting agency, Delaware asset management co. Is illegally obtaining information, there number they have used to herrass me is866-258-4442.usind a fitchus name,Susan towns,we have told them we do not know this person, I have contacted the ATT.General,s office about bringing charges off indictment against them. There name is all over the internet, nothing but a scam.
