amount deducted for unwanted value added services.

I My name is Rahul Gadekar and my cell no. is 9892727445.
I had this problem back in Nov.& Dec.09..I had about Rs.100 debited for Ring tones and Comedy Jokes service for which i had never requested. I happened to speak to one of your employee from customer care & then in turn with his supervisor who agreed to have this amount credited back in my account with in next 48 hours. I requested them to stop all value added services masseges to my number as I dont really even look at it. Also it realy becomes very embarrassing while you are at work or with you seniors. I was surprised when this happened again after a week or so and some Rs.46 was debited I had to again call up and speak to supervisor to get this sorted out. She said that it will be stopped with in 45 days from then. The pramotional messages were supposed to stopp by 5 Jan 2010 as confirm by one off you Supervisors from customer car.That day onwards I was very careful and simply kep on deleting all the messages which i received. However the meaages did not stopp till now.
Today I received some Cricket updates and followed by message stating they have debited again some amount from my account. I received about 6 Sms after that and each time some money was debited.
I have been using this this cell from last October 2006 and never had such problems before.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and confirm me if these pramotional messages are going to be stopped or not.
I am giving my friends email Id as I dont have continuous internet access at my office.
