Think about this.  If you can really earn the money they say you can, why would customer service reps take jobs with them?  Why not use the program themselves.

    Hi Chris,

I'm not sure what you're referring to about making money. Brain Host is a web host, meaning we get your website online. We are not a money-making program. We simply provide and maintain the web server that your website is stored on so that your site will be live online. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Customer Support.

Don't trust no name companies with your hosting needs.

Use the following known hosting companies:

    http://www.trendyhost.com
    http://www.bluehost.com
    http://www.hostgator.com

TrendyHost.com is my current company and they are epic. They rule when it comes to service, price and even offer a 1 cent first month deal just to try them out. It is all over the site.

I was referred to Brainhost after buying an online marketing program called SixFigureProgram. I am one of those people that buys 'those things'. SFP built a website for me and I bought the hosting through brainhost.com. I spend $197 for lifetime hosting--yeah! What a deal.

I have yet to be able gain access to my own website to edit it and add the links I want to have on it. I have been in a severely unromantic email relationship with them. I think I am going to cheat. It makes me sad because of all I have invested, but I need to be where my host company can take care of me and respond to my needs. Not feeling the love from brainhost.

I am not casting all the blame though. I am willing to take my piece of it. It is possible that SFP is the problem and that I am expecting brainhost to have controls or information about SFP that is unreasonable. The problem seems to be that I can't get passwords to sync. I think the solution would be to have someone from brainhost pick up a telephone and call me and sit with me until that is solved.

It is really frustrating. I would like to have a live site that I can play with and add my affiliate links to and I feel like I am just dead in the water. I don't want to pay for another domain and more hosting. I want what I have paid for to simply work.

Open to suggestions, Eric. Give me a phone number that gets me to a real person and an email that gets me outside your carefully managed customer service access. 24/7 live customer support my ass!

PS If you do figure out a way to get someone to call me, my phone number is in all four of the service tickets I put in today.
