I help to enroll one of my family member for the GYM services. As usual, they offer a "free" personal training session for the enrollment. The personal trainer was insisting calling the days after to make the appointments. My family member when alone for the appointment, that result on him getting enrolled for this service. The same day, he decide that he will not be able to make it and afford it, so we when to the gym to cancel the service. The front desk person told us the KEITH was the only person to do it, and he was gone for the day. I call him day after and spoke with him about cancelling the service based on that we were in the "3 days after period of time to cancel". This person, promise to cancel immediately so we will get the money back. He never did it, so when I called him to request a cancellation number, he avoid my calls. Finally, when i spoke with him, he say that it was a bad communication, and he understood that we will call him back because we did not decided yet.
I had to call member services in Irvine, and the representative told me he need to talk to Keith to solve the problem. He never call me back. So at the end this LIAR KEITH is not able to even talk to me, because he did nothing to do with this.
My complain is not with the Gym services, is with this Gay Keith, that is not able to confront a professional situation and has no ethics. Please do not get enroll with any of his services, and make sure to have a copy of any cancellation that you did in the future.
