Shame on your company

I too read the advertisement and thought for $4.99 I would try this product.  Then 2 weeks later, I get billed $89.92,  I called and they said they would refund half, I told them no and I would send the product back and want a full refund.  
She then said "We have a promotion for $29.95 and you can keep the product"  No thanks!!
This company is a rip off and needs something done to them.
