I am filing this grievance complaint because Donald Hosely is an eleven (11) year old Minor "Not Guilty" of an alleged Shoplifting Crime at Kmart
Pursuant to the Official Code Of Georgia Annotated O.C.G.A 16-8-14 "Theft
By Shoplifting".
The alleged Shoplifting Civil Damages Claim for $225.00 pursuant to 51-10-
6 is Frivolous Chicane Harrassment colection letters.Reason is in the
following particulars:
1. Donald Hosely has a right to Counsel and Legal Representation pursuant
  to O.C.G.A. 16-3-25.
2. Donald Hosely was Induced to commit an alleged shoplifting crime by an
  older boy "Quentarious"  pursuant to O.C.G.A. 16-3-25 "Inducing another
  to commit a crime".
3. Donald Hosely is an eleven year old and cannot be charged with a crime
  pursuant to O.C.G.A. 16-3-1 Therefore a Civil Damage Claim is Frivolous
  and Offend the Notion of Fair Play and Justice for a Minor.
4. Donald Hosely has not been convicted of The crime "Shoplifting" There-
  fore he is innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
I demand Restitution damages from Kmart for sending Frivolous Harrassment
Chicane Civil Damage collection letters to a minor Scaring him and causing
him to behave with fear and embarrassment, and all legal fees and court
cost paid by Kmart pursuant to O.C.G.A. 13-1-11.
Restitution Damages; $5,000.00.

    wow,never in my life.did he go into kmart with others without you or any his family members or friends ?im not on kmarts side at all.and where and how they get your address im about an hour away from you. next to  sandersville .i wouldnt think these letters would come through the mail without you and your son having to go down for questioning,this is just crazy i wishe you and your son all the best of luck.i wouldnt think theres uch they can do unless they have t on video and how in the would he gonnas steal over two hund. dollor worth stuff .this is just crazy

    My son, who is 18 & yes he knows stealing is wrong! However what he stole was a small bag of Skittles & a small Snickers bar & we recieve a letter from PALMER,REIFLER & ASSOC. that he is to pay 225.00. I mean I am willing to settle to pay 50.00 but come on, 225.00 ??? How many people when they were young stole candy, yes he is 18 however thats still young. Those teenage yrs.... we ALL have done things we regret. Kmart & The State of Indiana is demanding this payment. Alls Iam saying is he's never been in trouble before, do ya think they could have said to him " Listen you do this again & get caught there will be a large amount of money you will have to pay, now lets call your parents & let them know you got caught." What a shame kids can't make a misatke anymore without it possibly ruining their adulthood. These companies truly are a disgrace.

    This me , Man i DOnt care about the 5"O Tired of yall getting a young dude trying to listen to good music. I Did it for a reason . If you mad you can SND for some TRUKFIT . i Aint worrying about this now cause it was like 3 Years ago but this aint really serious to put it on the PC..
