I have been charged 30 INR per week since August 17th in my bills for a service called VIDEOPINW. I do not know what this is and i have not ordered it. It is now being renewed every week. Kindly reverse these charges immediately and discontinue this service. I have not opted for this service and do not understand why I should be paying for it.
