Knowingly committing fraud

The advertisement says lock in your price for 3 years and get a $50. Gift card for free with sign up!!!  This is fraud!!!  The advertisement says free gift card, yet dish says they don't issue gift cards and they didn't charge an installation fees!!!!   My suggestion is we all get together and take this to david horowitz or any other news show that exposes fraud!!!  Dish tv needs to be charged with fraud!!! You cannot advertise something and then tell the consumer you don't honor it!!!  Disgusting that so many of us fall victim to fraud!!!
