will not comply recorded contract

There needs to be a class action law suit against ATT yellow pages. They keep slipping in voice commercials with out telling people there is a big cost.These electronic yellow pagers will not comply with the recorded contract i agreed to. I spoked to five different levels of ATT staff,now NO ONE ,not one,will return my many calls.I have open and shut case but court costs big money.I don't know what to do.
