I received a call on aug 22, 2016 at 10:54am from  a person named Micheal Andrews with an Indian accent and  LMOM he was from the Department of Legal Affairs United Treasury theatening me with legal actions and if I did not return his call.  Did not try calling back,   I did contact my carrier.  The number he left and on caller id was 866 980-0474

    i just got the same call so I called backed and said what is going on, You could tell he didn't know what to say when he was confronted so I said well this is a scam and he immediately hung up.

    Just received the same call stating I have 3 charges against me. Stating it was due to whoever filed my taxes in 2014 and I owe money back. Advised whoever I was speaking with my taxes were in fact filed on time and there was no fraud. When I asked what address they were sending all these "notification letters" to he gave me some crazy address in Stone Mountain but it definitely wasn't my mothers address and even if it was I know I haven't used her address since 2012 when filing! i asked him to repeat the address and told him I NEVER lived there a day in my life and asked how he got my number. He then tried to rush of the phone and I told him I let him speak now he needs to answer my questions and he hung up quickly. DO NOT ANSWER OR RETURN ANY CALLS FROM 866-980-0474
