Credit Collections/ID Theft/Fraud

They called my employer yesterday and left an automated message. Today, they called my number. She refused to say her name or the name of the company, then asked if she’s speaking to... then calls me by the wrong name, when I say no, she immediately changes it to the correct name (like she’s phishing) and asked to verify the last 4 of my SS#. She says in an old credit card from ten years ago, that they had mailed all these letters to an PO Box that I never owned, and what would I like to do before they proceed. I asked what she meant, she said they would seize my accounts and garnish my wages. When I told her I already had a judgement against me, she got mad and said, Good luck in court,” and hung up on me. I called back and asked the name and type of company they were, but they just wanted more info from me. I wouldn’t give it and asked again and she said, “I just gave you the name.” I responded, “ I clearly didn’t hear you which is why I’m asking,” then the person, as though she were reading a script said, “ in house Solutions; we prepare paperwork for courts.” I said, “ you’re not even in my state, you are clearing a scammer,” and she hung up on me. When I reported them to the FTC, they said it was a scam. Beware, block their number and give them NO personal info! Scam/Fraud!
