Fraudulent transaction done in my SBI savings A/C.
On 20/4/2018, I got an SMS at 10:17 am(while I was in a meeting and Debit card and registered device were with me) that "Thank you for using your debit card 459xx4708 for a purchase worth 7899.0 on POS 248742000103177 at GOOGLE*Octro Inc txn# 811043733677 if not done by you forward this SMS from mobile no registered with SBI to 9223008333 to block your card. You may also call 1-800-111109"
Getting this SMS I Opened my A/c in net and noticed two more transactions were done (Rs50/ each, one debit and one credit). I went to the branch (3029) and blocked the card and informed in writing for investigation and refund.
I am surprised to see that without generating OTP, how this unauthorised transaction happens,
I also want to mention I have never shared my card details with any body so far.
I also want to get refund from SBI since the fraudulent transactions have been taken place without my knowledge
