Att: My Complaint is This Month of Dec. 22, 2014 ~ Dec. 23rd> Notice of my Cancel Order was never given to the Installing Man. There is what happen in Oct./Nov. My Home got Major Damages in Water flooded the home. An agent kept calling me to talk about there company of service, and deals they doing this month. I did talk to one agent name not important right now. But somehow we got mix up in phone tagging each other. Finally we talk a little, and I said have not time to chat now due to water damages, and Holidays coming up.. Well somehow I was thinking he call me back to give me more information on the products of this company. Wow, on Monday Morning my Daughter staying, with me called me said a man is here wants to install the alarm unit? I said no way, they where to call me first to tell me more of there product items. Well, being retired and not hearing well, or even times forgetting things, do happen to me. Then Mr. Rep. Agent called me today on Dec. 23rd saying hi Mr. Anthony I think you miss are appointment on Monday, and the Service man is here now to installed the unit?? What unit and what papers did I say to do this in the first place? Well the day of first time service man came out he give us a number to call, which I did and left a message saying to wait after the Holidays.. well that messages ever got back to the Service man.. He show up today appox. time 9:45am on Tuesday saying here to install you alarm? I said I called the Main Office of your company stating, cancel out this year I call you next year. Then he said to me don't have an attitude, I'm just the service man.. I said back well if your company should have inform you of my Cancel Order of this in the First place not my fault you here! I said, sorry for this not at fault at all.. and now I don't want your product at all.. Then the Rep. Agent called me same day today, saying Mr. Anthony the service man is near your place now.. I pick up my phone saying Mr. Agent I have Cancel out of the Order.. then Mr. Rep. Agent in San Diego, stated to me I owe for service charge of him coming out! I said no way never told him to come here today, I called the main office, and complaint to them of what happen. Now for the Customer Service I really don't want this alarm company here at all, this upset me stress me out.. knowing I done all I can do to make it clear of "WHAT PART OF NO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND" Unhappy with there Customer Service, and Glad to Have Cancel Out.. of Bad Talking over the Phone.. Old Message of Saying The Customer is Right, and Must Be Treated with Fair and Being Nice Over The Phone.. GE Security Alarm Customer Service Fail in this with Me.. P.S. I did call the Main Office talk a women she kept saying I am sorry to me, that this happen to me.. I don't hold but please don't Mr. Rep. Agent ever call me again. Thank you and I am Sorry this could not have been handle in a better tone and knowing I just got over a major water damage here at my home and having company. Yes, I do forget things, and I am not perfect and knowing your company not perfect.. I do ask for my forgiveness as well.. Just could have a better out look during the holidays season...
