12/20/07, obtained Canadian tracking code CX205697411CA from this merchant, turned out that "tracking code" was non-existent. The web site offered a "live chat" to which I inquired of my order. After several attempts to resolve this issue via email and "live chat," this merchant offered a refund on 1/8/08 which would have been satisfactory, except this has not happened.
It is now March 6, 2008, and still no satisfaction, and this merchant has since discontinued the "live chat" feature (funny how that happened).

Beyond that, unless your credit card has some fraud guarantee, you may be out of luck. They may have deliberately strung you along to exceed the 60 day dispute period.
