I have received 7 calls in the last 36 hours. They have my ss# and are taking me to jail for fraud, wanted my debit card, told them that I was calling FBI and got abusive. Contacted the FBI, FTC and the Attorney General of Ohio. All of them know about this company. I have the messages. They called my work, and I am p****. I put a hold on a charge that came to my email 2.5 weeks ago. I never did anything they are talking about. Calling credit bureaus today, The names used were Sean Stifler, Mr. Thomas.
This is a total scam.

    i keep getting calls from this man with a strong acent and he wont tell me when i recieved this money (he can't because i haven't recieved any money from cash advance america)

    This company continues to claim that I received money from them and have not paid it. I don't recall ever borrowing from them and they will not provide me with the details concerning this loan. Just stating that there is an investigation and judgement taking place against me. I am not familiar with "CASH ADVANCE AMERICA". I guess this is another scam.
