Overcharging and taking back disputed charges

I discontinued their services because of overcharges, disputed them with credit card company and got half the money back. When they started courting me to come back, with lower contract, freebies, etc, I should have ignored them.  A month later, after disconnecting, I went back.  They took back the disputes I had won, started dunning me for what I did not owe them, and then disconnected my services...and then sent me new bill a month after they disconnected me. What a mess their billing is!  One agent actually made it right so the Attorney General would think dispute was resolved...and then they continued dunning, billing, disconnection.  Hulu is the answer and Roku.
