Service not given for a new product

I bought a LG washing machine through Carrefour in April 2012. I started having a problem with the washing machine in December where the water was leaking, and the front door was not shutting properly and the rubber of the doors had come out. I have been calling Carrefour and LG service centers from January 3rd onwards, and they registered my complaint on 5th January, and I have been calling them every day practically to give the service, and they have not even given a call or attended to my complaint until the date. It is really the customers face inadequate service from these companies; so much lacking any care about the customers.
I hope of customers will have some voice when it comes to informing the general public on their product choices and the main issue after buying a product.
