Bad food quality

To whom it may concern::: Today22.02.2016,  at14:16 ,  I have buy portion of Zinger wings, at KFC Outlet in BushBuck Ridge, Twin City Shoping Cnt, Main Rd. Tel No, 013 799 1862.  vat Invoice: 4570117624......Cashier 1018 N Mabund.,    Chk 2836..............Chicken I receive, was vastly over spiced, is burning in my gut still now,   time 17.34.   It was also slimy and under cooked.. Shortly. RUBISH...I have been given some kind of reject batch..  What a waste of money.  very bad experience in deed, I am very dissapointed, with KFC food. even thou, that I have eat only 2 pieces, I feel sick from it...... when I give rest to a dog, he sniffle it, give me dirty look, and walk away , with tail between his legs.............I do wonder, if your Company is doing any  quality checks at random times, to see if franchise is selling decent quality food.  After this experience, I will surely think twice to buy KFC again.   Also, I would appreciate feed back from your Company....Thank you.
