WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE!

Several years ago I bought a trip through them for $149.00.  Due to health problems I was unable to travel and the package expired.  I didn't try to get my money back I just let it go.  Recently, however, they have started calling me trying to convince me to pay a fee to renew my package.  I have explained to them that I physically cannot travel anymore,not to anywhere for any reason so I politely went to thank them, but they had hung up.  The next several calls bordered on harassment with them trying to berate me into buying it, and when I say no please don't call me anymore... they hang up.  I have tried asking for a supervisor...they hang up on me!  I have said I'm not interested, please don't call me...they hang up on me. This has been going on, mostly twice a day, for at least 8 months now and no matter what I say, they hang up on me.  Would a legitimate company do this to someone?  You be the judge!

    Let's be honest, there are people in that building who are just not professionals at there jobs, however, you do get those that are.  The one's who are professionals keep their jobs, the ones who don't: get canned.  Thrust me I see it all the time.  It's a call center, all call centers are annoying and so are bill collectors.

    I tour with etourandtravel back in July 2008 the vacation package was so nice we choose to purchase one of their propeties.  Now here it is 2011 and we are wanting to view another property.  I can honestly say if they were selling FREE cups of lemonade the service has been so bad  I would die of thurst before trying that lemonade.
