My dad called me today on his cell phone telling me there was a man on the other line telling him he had won some lottery and a car. He said this man told him he had to meet him at Wal mart or Walgreens before the banks close today. I told my elderly father to give me his name and number after my father told me he was told to keep this winning confidential. I called the number several times and no answer. Then that man that goes by "James Miller" called me back from a Jamaica area code and he told me he was an IRS agent! He had even given my father a "badge number". This guy was good. He said they didn't need any money and and there would be state trooper and an attorney there for his safety. All he would have to do is fill out a registration form. He said it was the  Mega Millions , and I might add his voice sounded strange. Maybe some kind of electronic voice over but with some undescernable accent? I called my father back after googling mega millions and then saw the scams associated with that name. He said right away he never played that lottery.  I hope this scammers go to prison and soon!
