Lack of customer service attitude from the above company and incomplete information given to the customer

I had approach Travel Masti.com via Shanmukha Enterprenuers franschice in Hyderabad for reserving tour package for Vizag. The above said franschise is based in Banjara Hills Road No 12 in Hyderabad.

When i had approached the above said company which subscribes to Travel Masti i was never told the rules and conditions and policy of cancellation of tickets as to how much is the refund value which will be given back to the customer in case tickets are cancelled etc.

I was scheduled to go for a tour package to Vizag from Hyderabad on 25th Dec for 3 days/2 nights via Shanmukha Enterprenuers. During even giving/ paying half the amount of tour package to the above said company (This was paid to a person named Vamsi), i was never ever informed about what if the tour package had to be cancelled, what will be the cancellation charge etc. These sort of informations was hidden and never told clearly nor even once to me while planning/paying for this tour package..

I had to unfortunately cancel this tour package due to prevailing disturbance in Vizag due to political turmoil in AP state due to ongoing pro-anti Telangana sentiments.

When i approached for cancelling this tour package, this was not conveyed to the hotel personnel in Vizag about the same at that point of time. This guy named Vamsi is in turn blaming the customer as to why the tour package was cancelled and as to why should he pay from his pocket.

Now when we ask for a minimum amount for a refund because of the cancellation, this guy (Vamsi) has not even 'competence' level even to hear the customer's views/reactions and does cut the conversation abruptly or even hang up the phone. Sometimes this said person never picks the phone for listening to customers views.

Does Travel Masti via Shanmukha Enterprenuers company in Hyderabad doesnt have a 'civic' sense in how to handle the customer views/complaints and ONLY THINKING OF PROFIT..

Is this the way Shanmukha Enterprenuers company in Hyderabad subscribed to Travel Masti.com run business and mint money from the customer? And they boast TravelMasti.com has business sense (sense in minting money????).

How come an incompetent people (above name said) handle such service for Travel Masti?
