Everyone that has listed a complaint below against these people should send a letter to the Attorney General in their state as well as the state that these people are doing business in. Be very detailed. Provide as much information as possible including dates and times and names of people that called you whenever possible. Keep after the attorney general to take action against these people. Let the law work for you! If they hear enough, they will be forced to do something! Good Luck to you all.

So last October I told them to come and get the car because I couldn't afford the payments anymore. Then the real fun began.
I was called daily (sometimes up to 4 times a day) with them telling me we had to work it out so I could keep the car. I told them I was done with the payments and their harrassing me, my family, my co-workers and personal references. Yes they called everyone even my neighbors.
It took them 4 months and 2 attempts to take the money from my closed bank account, before they finally came and got the car.
Since they took the car I have sought a lawyer to file bankruptcy but the harrassing continues. Still calling everyone I know and telling them things like I am a loser who don't pay my bills and even went as far as asking my family to pay the 11,000 they say I owe. Yesterday "Eddie" calls me from CPS while I was at work. I told him I knew my lawyer was in contact with him and he is not to call me anymore. He said he never spoke to anyone and in his exact words he stated "quit playing games with me bit**" I then hung up on him and contacted my Lawyer. My lawyer called them again and told them to stop harrassing me but this Eddie guy wouldn't listen and even told my lawyer he didn't believe he was even a lawyer and proceeded to cuss him out. I was advised to buy a marine horn because my lawyer told Eddie I would blow his ear drum up if he called me again.
Their illegal tactics are calling and divuldging your financial problems to people you know and even people you do not know (neighbors). Harrassing people by cussing at them and calling them names. Calling your place of employment when they were repeatedly told not to. Calling personal references when they were told not to by myself and the personal reference. Trying to run an un-authorized payment from my closed bank account then charging me bounced check charges, twice. Which Eddie said would be removed if I payed the 11,000. I asked repeatedly for a statement in writing so I could see how my account is being handled and they said they didn't have to give me anything but I had to give them everything. When I told them to stop harrassing me at work I was asked by MR Feason if I knew they were a high risk financial company and had the right to talk down to the losers who don't pay their bills because they only finance to losers. MR Feason was also the one that ran my un-authorized payment.
I am not a loser who don't pay my bills just an old gal down on her luck since her husband got sick.
