Getting out of contract

Actually, I'm not sure if there will be an issue yet so I don't have a formal complaint but I want to do what I can do avoid one.  We signed a contract with DirectBuy on Sunday evening (last night) and paid in full with a credit card.  It is one day later, the store is closed for Mon & Tues, but we already know this is not the right thing for us.  It seems like it might be good for people who do spend a lot of money on furnishings and upgrades but I've already seen some better prices and knowing that they will add additional charges to ship from their warehouse isn't good.  I just want to get out of the contract and I always thought that I had 3 days so I figured I could review things and decide.  Now I read that Texas doesn't have this rule unless they come to your home.  The contract does say it is not cancelable and fees are not refundable. I would like a copy of the letter you say we can send registered and a reference to where the law is on my side.  I also tried to call my credit card company to stop payment but too late although they said they would work with me if cancellation doesn't work out.  Thank you so much.  I had the right idea to check up on this company, just wish I knew to do it before signing contract.  PS  There was no finding page numbers on the site- just lots of information on other dissatisfied customers with this company.
