Damaged exterior siding

After reading all the horror stories posted about Direct TV's poor response to installation problems, I was very concerned. They had run wires without permission around the outside of my newly sided apartment building. However,once I submitted the photos and information requested, I had a check in my hand within two weeks for the full cost of repairing the damage. Hats off to Direct TV in Wyoming. Thank you!
