Virus Security

I received my bank statement and the above company has withdrawn $99.99 from my account, I never applied for this service or authorized payment. I had this security system a year or more ago and since then did not want same, withdrawal date Feb-10 Feb 12  2016 I want to be refunded and do not use my computer at all, as I now have the I-pad, this seems very much to me as a Scam, hope to get this resolved soon.
