Hi, i'm Chandrasekaran and i have been using this number for the past five and a half years and i just got to know that my sim card has been disconnected due to "NON USAGE" and the number has been recycled.I have validity on the prepaid sim card till this year end and even if the connection was being disconnected i think the customer should have been intimated at least in the first place rather than doing it without even letting him know.Moreover now coming to the usage part..I agree that there has not been much outgoing from my mobile phone however if I'm right and this does exist in your records there has been incoming usage on the telephone. I have an enough credit in my both numbers and spoke to your customer care regarding this. But i din't get a proper response from them. Also i have approached the Airtel Office Chennai to resubmit the Documents to retrieve the number again since it is very important for me. Is this the way you people treat a long lasting customer ? Why can't you able to re-activate the number?

I got a call from our customer care and they said the same thing that number is recycled state. I replied back saying that these information are known to me and need this number as it is important for me.
The Customer care guy replied by saying that he will call back in 10 mins but no response from him.
I knew that the number is in recycle state. All that i wanted the same number to be active. Give me the solutions for this.
