Rubbery and Tasteless Chicken

I think the only way you can get KFC back on track with your consumers would be to give the staff proper training on how to make the best quality products. Fresh mini-loaves of bread and properly cooked chicken would be a start. 3 Times we tried to buy your KFC, and 3 times we were disappointed with the quality of your product. NEVER AGAIN!!!
