this is what cheapoair sent me by email on 18th January:

AFTER 4 MONTHS NO REPLIES, NO REFUND, BUT THEY WERE SUPER FAST IN TAKING THE $144 CANCELLATION FEE.HORRIFIC SERVICE.I CANNOT BELIEVE US GOVERNMENT HAVEN'T SHUT THEM DOWN WITH THE AMOUNT OF FRAUD THEY EMPLOY IN THEIR PRACTICES.SIMPLY SHOCKING

    Please do not attach the americas, they are try to help you but you cannot be help if you type in CAP LOCK, call them and they help you, i tell them my name they hanged up on me though becuse of wht osma did to tower, good luck 2 u my brother in arm
