CHARGING MY BACK ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I paid the 1.00 fee to look at my score and then a 29.95 charge shows up on my bank account along with the 1.00 fee and i "never" authorized this charge for anything.  I think this is crap without some type of written agreement to charge your bank account without your knowledge!  I have given them 2 days to take the charges off my account and it had better happen!   How do these people get by with this.........Disgraceful!
