Sectional falling apart

I purchased a  leather Sectional and I also purchased the extra warranty for around $300.  The couch literally is falling apart. When you lift.it up to find a kids toy or.lost.remote.control you will find Springs. Also the recliner cables.are.broken. I replaced one myself after art van said it was not covered by the warranty. The couch has sesting areas that are unusable due to to the missing Springs. After being sold the warranty and being told it.was the best warranty and highly the sales woman highly recommended it. It turns out it covers nothing. But if you go into the store to buy something they will tell you it does.  Stay away!!  DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY IT'S A SCAM!!
