Lost luggage

I flew from Houston Texas to Milan  Italy on April 20. It was a brief layover in Istanbul. My luggage never left Istanbul. I went on to Venice and I was told my luggage would be delivered there. It has been almost 5 days and I still have not received my luggage. Once I experienced this, I went online, and it appears that this airlines is very bad about losing luggage and then doing very little about it. I would suggest that unless you can carry everything you want to take in your own hand, that you choose another airline.
