Unauthorized charges on credit card

I do not have the software for the automatic charge of $35.95 on my cc by DRI TREND MICRO. This is quite frustrating. I just called 952-646-5980 and the customer rep promised a refund within the next 5-7 business days. Just cross my fingers this will actually happen. This is a rip off seriously.
