We didn't do enough research and got "stung" by their newest offer.  We signed up for the $5.00 intro offer on 5/16/2009 believing their statement in their terms that the first shipment would not occur for a month, allowing us to cancel should be not like the coffee.  However, on 5/18/2009, before the intro offer ever arrived, we were charged for the first of 4 UNAUTHORIZED shipments.  Each shipment was billed at $38.96 (12-oz bags at $12.50 + 6.98 for each of 2 bags) for a total FRAUDULENT charge of almost $160!  We canceled, returned the coffee, and have requested both our bank and VISA to reverse the charges.  Since then, I discovered that “SeattleCoffeeDirect.com” is also known as “MetroCoffeeDirect.com”, “GlobalCoffeeDirect.com”, and “CoffeeRoastersDirect.com”!  It’s obvious (at least to me) that they are an “agile” company in today’s rapidly changing e-business environment — they change their name frequently to HIDE . . .

    We got a full refund of ALL of our money, including the cost of the trial package.

    I can not belive how companies can continue to scam hard working people out of OUR MONEY!!!!! What if it was Them? How would they feel? I will be reporting this company to the attonery generals office in my aera and I would encourge anyone eles that has been a victim to do the same this is the only way we are going to stop these [***] from doing this to US!!!!!! I was hit twice for the intro offer of $2.00 then the very next day I was hit for $38.95 and I placed this order August 7, 2009 and the terms and conditions state that you will be billed semi monthly OKAY it wasn't even a month or for that fact a good two weeks I am demanding my money be put back on my card and I will be cancelling that card because they have my information and I don't want to be going through this every other month. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
