My problem is ...a default idea dialler/caller tone is activated without my knowledge...and Rs. 74 is charging for that tone...i want to deactivate this service first...or else tell me procedure to change the dialler/caller tone...
I have also send Sms DTDEACT to 55456 and after that i got a SMS that Invalid key. But never expect to do that through the Customer care service, as you would never be connected. Please deactivate the dialer tone such a stupid song asap....on this mobile no.99265-01811.

    i am feeling same problem as all other customer , these operator are befooling us. you can not get connected in any deactivation activities by operator but if you want to activate it will start within a second,after all we are feeding mr. Aditya Birla, these f......ng peoples are looting us. It is advisable to all people to take connection of bsnl and destroy all of them.
