warranty

I ordered this ring and received it all was fine.....I wondered why I didn't receive the band along with the ring so I  contacted the company I was told that I had purchased the platinum ring and it didn't come with the band......I was also told that with this ring I had a 3 yr warranty....it was fine as long as nothing was wrong with it....I lost the largest stone and actually found and replaced it and then one of the side stones fell out and now the warranty doesn't exist. After being transferred all over the company they ended up just telling me sorry for the miscommunication but there's nothing we can do......THIS COMPANY IS [***] I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! I'll make sure to read complaints b4 I order from anyone else.
