Fraudulent charges to credit card

Add me to the long list of people who have been scammed by Experian.  One charge to my AmEx was on Mar. 23, 2012 for $19.95 and another was on Apr 10, 2012 for $14.95.  AmEx reversed the charges and blocked Experian on my account.  How is this company able to get by with this?  Doing an online search seems to indicate there are MANY of us who have been victimized.  How many are out there who don't monitor their accounts closely and thus have been fleeced!
