I did not order this recipe book. Better Homes and Gardens are charging me $31.45. What can I do to not receive these books?

It's an order cramming scam..
If you didn't order the books, it is illegal for them to bill you for them. It is a violation of postal regulations to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail. File a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
