scam

I was having some problems with my webroot and somehow got connected to guruaid . They call about once a week . They tricked me into buying a 399 $ protection package because I cound not remember the computer password . Today there were some problems w webroot . I was told that guruaid was comprehensive so I called them . They could not reset my password . I called webroot and they told me that this company is a scam and to get my money back . Not legitimate . Beware
