Unethical busness practives - 14 day cancellation policy not honored

I signed up for a membership and was told I could cancel by phone if I desired with 2 weeks and would not be charged.

I contacted Lifetime on the 13th day and they was assured I would be allowed to cancel at no charge by 3 different manages and well as the original rep but I would have to come in to sign a form ,however,
no staff members were available over the weekend to complete the transaction. When I did come in the facilites i found the managers had completely changed there story, records had been altered to make it look as though I had not requested the cancelation until the 16 day and they were charging me 2 months service to cancel. Very unethical sales personnel and managers, I had never even used the gym during my membership period but they altered the computer records to show I had !!!...Do Not Go To Lifetime Fitness!
