Rude Manager

Problem is go in purchase 2 buffets-go to get chicken and no good pieces on buffet.  Ask for some white meat please and they say 12 minutes ok we wait, go back up and they are serving all white meat to drive thru buckets don't have any for buffet.  OK we paid for full buffet sorry we don't have any ready for buffet but they continue to serve drive thru with it you can hear them talking.  Manager says to cashier tell customers before they pay no white meat, another couple pays goes thru same deal no chicken ready so ask for refund.  Manager gives it after discussion.  I go up and ask for white chicken again and girl said manager said no I can't.  I said I will turn this over to headquarters you need a new manager and she agrees yes we do.  she yells at employees so customers can hear her.  What a rude person.  Plus if you have time to cook dark meat you have the same time to cook white.  What in the world is she thinking.  We will never go back.
