This is in fairness to all.....I am a Catnapper chair  dealer and the product has been outstanding in every way. The product has been so good I considered running an ad stating "You'll never need a service call and if you do, it will be free." You can pay more money and assume a higher risk with LAZBOY or LANE easily. I've worked with both. If you don't mind paying double or maybe even triple, then buy a Flexsteel. Only you can decide if it is worth it. In Catnapper, if you have my consistent luck, you'll really enjoy your Catnapper chair --especially the comfort--and no matter what, it will not be an over buy. One thing for sure, do not buy online. Stick with a local dealer like so many advise and you'll get the service you need and deserve. Online shopping for furniture is very risky in many different ways.
