not receving product free

we placed the order of item code105191 with free item on cod bases and paid the amount but we not received the free gift 20 pieces storage container we report the  matter to star cj  despite number of call nothing has been done only false promise bill no201201160520 dated16jan 20`12 six month has passed its veay shame on such big company
