took my money and never sent the order

This company also goes by "The Mystic Caravan". In January of 2007 I ordered a necklace from their website when it was still The Mystic Caravan.  It never arrived.  I tried calling to follow up and no one answers the phone.  I've sent email and snail mail letters and no one has ever resonded.  I let them know I was going to post this message here and I would not if they responded to my inquiries and refunded my money.  They still have not.  This company is located in Linden, VA and claims to be a family owned business.  I contacted their local sheriff's deparment to report this but a theft of $95 didn't get their attention.  No one called me back.
