Deceptive Business

I have been awaiting the receipt of a reimbursement payment for covered parts from the claims department for over 45 days.  On multiple occasions I had called the claims department and was not only deceived, but consistently told outright lies.  I was appalled that no one in which I had spoken seemed to have the least bit of concern and claimed that there was no managers or supervisors that would even speak to me about the issue.
