I took a Home loan from GE Money two years ago. They have been changing the interest rate every 3 months without providing ANY notification to the customer. Their interest rate is not competitive, and now it's 12.25% (as of 19th July 2007).
I asked their customer care at 39022000 to send me a letter to transfer loan to other bank. They never sent me anything after repeated requests.
Don't support such bad business practices by doing business with GM Money. Stay away from the. I will do a favor to yourself and others.
