They took my money out of my account with out my permission and then they did not want to give it back to me.I told them i would sue them if my money was not back in my account.

They took my money out of my account with out my permission. I have filed a report with the San Antonio Texas police department ,contacted the B B B in Las Vegas Nevada (their location supposedly), am preparing to contact the Texas Attorney Generals office and I have contacted my attorney with the entention of filing suit against thse crooks .I also have closed my credit card account for my protection.I really hope the other "victims" of these creeps will do likewise-it is only by us taking action that they will stop.

thanks for posting that telephone number... I am in the process of trying to get a refund now...beware! they say that the membership is located on the seond page of the sales receipt when you order the free CD and you have 7 business days to cancel...

I also found this charge on my debit acount dated 3/14/08, the same time I call my bank and they cancel my card and will send me other. I do not know how they got my account number but I did sign up with FAMILYSAVERSCLUB 888-272-0252 but that was 2 months ago. Since I call when they posted the charge my bank will not pay them. I will let you know what happens. My bank said that since the charge was so low they couldn't notify the police.

Trying to option more of mine. Found the $105. charge on my account today. Called the bank right away. It's still in pending status. Can't tell me much about the transaction yet. However, I have cancelled the card. For all we know, Bill Waus reads all the material that is transpiring against him so he can plan is next move.

this compant is the biggest rip-off when you call the number 866-370-7270, they claim they can't find any records however, they can find the way to charge to your account.

I just checked my bank's statement. I found a charge for $1.09 on it from my credit/debit card. The name of the debit was: BILL WAUS KIRKLAN. Today is Saturday and I will be contacting my bank on Monday to stop payment on this "Creditor". I will also be sending my bank a copy of this report and a report from: Ripoff Report .com.
